Seven Step Method

This is a method of mental preparation which achieves two goals:

One – it protects your mind from any negative feelings no matter how you are playing, or whatever level of competitive pressure you are under.

Two – it puts you in touch with the parts of your mind that hold your playing ability.

It is a practical way to enable you to play your highest quality golf. It can release your inner potential. 3 of the 7 steps have been developed from new understandings of brain function and hold the key to achieving this. The other 4 steps put in place an unbreakable competitive mindframe. this will protect you from any negativity or errors induced by stress.
These methods do not interfere with your technique or in any way jeapordise your current skills but can be gradually phased into your game as you master them and are confident in them.
